Metallized films / Paper

The metallizing process is based on the principle that metal vapour is generated from a source and will condense on a cold surface. Vacuum metallized materials are made by the deposition of metal, typically aluminium under high vacuum on latest metallizers equipped with online plasma treatment facilities to provide better metal adhesion to the film surface.
